Inventory Management Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the overall inventory management function across all branches
Manage and monitor stock discrepancy investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Plan, coordinate, and supervise physical stock counts and inventory audits
Ensure accurate inventory reporting and compliance with internal audit requirements
Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to ensure proper inventory valuation and reporting
Strengthen internal controls to minimize stock losses, discrepancies, and financial risks
Analyze inventory movement, trends, and variances to support business decision-making
Coordinate with branches, buyers, and relevant departments to resolve inventory-related issues
Lead and manage the inventory data entry team to ensure:
Accurate stock code and item registration
Proper maintenance of item master data
Timely pricing and costing updates in the system
