Reporting to: Assistant Purchasing and Inventory Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all internal stakeholders record inventory accurately in accordance with the company standards, policies, and procedures. You will also consolidate and prepare data related to inventory management.

Other responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and auditing inventory reports for packaging materials, semi-finished goods (SFGs), & finished goods (FG) including random checking for accuracy verification.
• Consolidating all critical inventory reports (including out of stock and slow moving items).
• Recommending and executing inventory process improvement tasks.
• Preparing and updating policies and procedures.
