Inventory Manager

Lead and manage end-to-end inventory operations for gold bars (grambar), gold and silver jewellery, including receiving, storage, stock transfers, and distribution.

Develop and implement inventory control systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices for handling precious metals and jewellery items.

Ensure stock accuracy through routine cycle counts, reconciliations, and full inventory audits.

Oversee item tagging, packaging, and secure movement tracking to maintain full traceability and accountability.

Monitor and manage retail stock levels across outlets to ensure optimal availability and timely replenishment.

Collaborate with Procurement, Retail, and Finance teams to forecast demand, plan replenishment, and optimize stock availability.

Investigate discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
