Inventory Manager

Position Overview:
The Inventory Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all inventory management operations to ensure high accuracy, cost efficiency, system integrity, and operational continuity. This role oversees stock planning, reconciliation, reporting, ERP/WMS management, warehouse coordination, and audit compliance. The position requires strong analytical capability, leadership competence, and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, with preferred experience in NetSuite (Oracle) WMS. The Inventory Manager is accountable for achieving measurable inventory performance targets and maintaining best-in-class inventory control standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning and Control

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and policies.
• Monitor stock levels and establish reorder points and safety stock levels.
• Analyze consumption trends, demand forecasts, and replenishment cycles.
