Description

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Issue materials and supplies according to approved requests and company procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and submit updates to management.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Track stock levels and recommend reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain inventory control systems (manual and computerized).
