Inventory Officer – Warehouse

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Officer responsible for managing daily inventory operations, ensuring ERP accuracy, supporting procurement activities, and overseeing stock movement across General and Kitchen warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and receive inventory and update ERP records (MR, MIN, MRN, PR, GRN)
• Conduct monthly stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory levels
• Coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth warehouse operations
• Prepare demand and consumption reports
• Ensure stock availability for daily operations and events
• Coordinate with SCM, FM, and other concerned departments
• Maintain proper racking, tagging, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and shift schedules
