Our client in the retail industry requires the service of an Inventory Planner to manage the inbound Supply Chain through effective management of supplier accounts and product ranges. Duties & Responsibilities

Key performance areas: Data analysis and reporting Promotional planning and replenishment System coordination of supplier accounts to optimize the most profitable ordering patterns/frequency Item parameter setting and data analysis to enable optimal forecasting results Place supplier purchase orders to ensure achievement of inventory and service Project Management Desired Experience & Qualification

The successful candidate must have: Matric with a degree in Supply Chain or relevant qualification Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain Excellent product knowledge Excellent Computer Literacy (MS Office - Especially Excel - Pivot Tables) SAP Knowledge is Essential Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
