Inventory Planner

The Inventory Planner is responsible for managing inventory planning activities while providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This role supports inventory accuracy, stock availability, and day-to-day administrative functions at the Cavite Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Planning & Control

• Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize shortages or excess inventory
• Prepare inventory forecasts using historical data and operational requirements
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely replenishment
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system
