Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, and other requirements.
Prepare monthly orders, reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
Respond promptly to emails, inquiries, and internal requests.
Collaborate with teams and provide support across functions as needed.
Requirements:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Able to speak, read, and write in English, or Malay.
