Inventory Planning/Demolition & Buyout Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SMESS Inventory and Scrap Disposal

• Checks and reviews inventory of excess materials in the warehouse, and recommends to Management slow moving and non-moving materials for disposal
• Coordinates with Project Requestors on requests for pull out of scrap construction materials
• Sends out invitation to bid on buy out items as directed by Warehouse Management
• Collates bids and prepares bid tabulation for Management review and approval
• Coordinates with awarded scrap buyout contractors on pull out schedules
• Remits buyout proceeds to project/branch’s account.

Warehouse Administration

• Checks 3rd party billings prior to transmittal to SMBUs’ Accounting units
• Checks and reviews time charging summary created by IPC assistant prior transmittal to manpower agency
• Checks and reviews time records of 3rd party personnel
