Inventory Planning/Demolition

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Monitors the status of central warehouse, facilities, and equipment including site warehouses in order to make recommendations for improvement
Verifies report of Warehouse Supervisor on violations and non-compliance of suppliers and prepare monthly reports-corrective actions to be cascaded to concerned procurement department.
Supports logistics team/customer service in negotiating with forwarders and soliciting quotations including follow-ups and providing location status of the shipment
Assists logistics team in handling after service issues (claims, complaints)
Prepares internal memo on warehouse guidelines and incident reports for submission to Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in business or related course; Graduate of Supply Chain Management is an advantage
Minimum 3-5 years work experience in logistics, warehousing or related field
