Container Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate container inventory records (20', 40', HC, Reefer, ISO Tanks if applicable)
• Track container movements across depots, ports, and customer locations
• Monitor container status (available, leased, sold, damaged, under repair)
• Reconcile depot stock reports with internal systems

Purchase of Containers

• Source containers from suppliers, depots, and shipping lines
• Negotiate purchase prices, conditions, and delivery terms
• Inspect containers (CW, WWT, AS-IS) and review survey reports
• Coordinate container pick-up, repairs, and positioning after purchase

Sale of Containers

• Identify surplus or aged inventory for sale
• Coordinate container sales to customers, traders, and depots
• Negotiate selling prices and commercial terms
• Ensure proper documentation for container sale and release
