About the role

Bestguard Sales & Marketing Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Staff to join our growing team in our Binondo, Manila City location. As an Inventory Staff, your role is to maintain accurate records of our warehouse inventory and ensure efficient stock management to support the overall operations of our business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct regular stock takes and audits to maintain accurate inventory records
• Process incoming and outgoing stock, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Assist with the management of warehouse operations, including organizing storage spaces and ensuring items are properly labelled and stored
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to provide up-to-date inventory information and support order fulfillment
• Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to ensure stock integrity
