I. JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse Inventory In-Charge is responsible for assisting in inventory records and reporting.

I. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inventory Record

· Lead in physical counting of materials, equipment and stocks and posts total to inventory manually or thru a system.

· Lead in compiling and maintaining records of quantity, type and value of material, equipment or supplies stocked in the warehouse.

· Spearhead in verifying clerical computations against physical stock count and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports discrepancies.

· Supervise in comparing of inventories to office records such as purchase invoices to obtain current inventory.

· Direct in reviewing and applying inventory activities, including movements and deletion of stocks and items.

· Supervise in pulling out of any defective or damage materials for return.
