Inventory Staff

The Inventory Staff is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role ensures stock availability, proper storage, and timely replenishment to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily checking of inventory file including checking of delivery inputs and inventory count
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock
• Update inventory records using manual file
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits in all stores
• Coordinate with commissary team for products availability
• Prepare inventory reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or stock-handling experience in Food Industry is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (good Excel skills or inventory software)
