KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Verify delivery documents against actual items received & inspect incoming assets (terminals, peripherals, SIMs, accessories, etc.) for completeness and damage
2. Record received items in the Inventory Management System (IMS), assign asset tags, barcodes, or identification numbers as required
3. Segregate and store assets according to category and condition, report discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damages to the immediate superior.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in IMS or manual logs, conduct regular physical inventory counts, and reconcile variances
