Qualifications:
* College graduate; associate degree or relevant coursework in Business or Supply Chain is an advantage
* Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative work is a plus but not required
* Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with purchasing systems is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Capable of multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on schedule* Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
* Maintain updated supplier databases, price lists, and purchasing records
