Inventory Staff

The Inventory Staff is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining accurate inventory records of motorcycle units, spare parts, and accessories. The role supports logistics operations by ensuring proper stock levels, accurate documentation, and timely coordination with warehouses, branches, and suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, checking, and documenting incoming motorcycle units, parts, and accessories.
• Conduct physical counting of inventory and report discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in updating inventory systems.
• Support stock transfers, deliveries, and issuance of items to branches.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
