Inventory Staff

Details:

• Maintaining and updating records
• Counting materials, equipment, tools or supplies in stock
• Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and system records
• Monitor and quality check of inbound deliveries
• Coordination with other departments for seamless operations
• Dispensing of products/materials/consumables for production
• Monitor facilities and other maintenance works
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions as needed
• Evaluate production staff's performance.
• Prepares daily and weekly production report.

Requirements:

• At least vocational graduate of related course
• Prior work experience related to audit management/inventory management/logistics management or any administrative experience will be an advantage
• Team player and has ability to work within set deadlines, under pressure with minimal guidance and supervision.
