Inventory Supervisor

OPERATIONAL

• Supervise the inventory team to ensure timely and accurate inventory counts

• Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including raw materials, in-process materials, and

finished goods. Monitor stock levels and reorder as needed to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile them with system records to ensure

accuracy.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste, spoilage, or

obsolescence.

• Work closely with warehouse personnel (stockman, dispatcher, checker) to ensure inventory is

properly stored, organized, and easily accessible. Ensure the proper handling and storage of

sensitive materials.

• Oversee the process of inventory picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of

materials and finished goods to the necessary departments or clients.
