Inventory Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.
• Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory to system records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
• Maintain and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze data to support inventory planning and decision-making.
• Train, lead, and evaluate the performance of inventory staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Course, or related field preferred.
