Inventory Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of incoming/outgoing goods.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule inventory staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
• Operational Optimization: Analyze inventory data to improve procedures, reduce waste, and manage stock levels to meet demand.
• Reporting: Generate reports on inventory statistics, discrepancies, and, in some cases, assist with purchasing/vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2 years in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in inventory software (e.g., ERP systems), analytical skills, and mathematical accuracy.
