**Job Description**
The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations by inspecting incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and preparing parts for storage and shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with computer systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling aircraft parts. The position is contract-to-hire, with the conversion timeline influenced by attitude, attendance, and performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required standards and are accompanied by proper documentation.
+ Enter and receive part data in the inventory database, ensuring all information is detailed, accurate, and up to date.
+ Record, organize, and file trace documents in both electronic systems and hard copy files in appropriate locations.
