Inventory & Warehouse Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Executive to support daily

logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment

coordination, inventory management, ERP/WMS operation, and cross-functional communication to

ensure smooth operational flow and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor overseas shipments from China and local supplier deliveries with suppliers
and appointed 3PL forwarders, including shipment schedule follow-up, delivery arrangement, and

shipment status tracking to ensure smooth operations.

Manage delivery arrangements between 3PL providers and warehouse operations to ensure timely
inbound and outbound activities, proper coordination, and smooth inventory flow.

Handle inbound and outbound inventory transactions accurately through ERP/WMS systems,
including goods receiving, stock transfer...
