Investigator – Cell Sciences Team The successful candidate will join an innovative Antibody Discovery and Engineering Department, with a strong record of success in developing novel antibody therapeutics in the field of immuno-oncology. Thesuccessful candidatewill supportmammalian antibody expression platforms andcell-lineengineeringto facilitate discovery activities. We are looking for a motivated and talented scientist with a deep understanding and hands-on experience in molecular biology, cell line engineering as well as antibody expression and purification to advance the next wave of novel therapeutic concepts.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Transient protein expression/production- Antibodies (mg to gram-scale) and antigens- in different host cell lines (CHO, HEK) in flasks to support candidate selection
