We are currently seeking a Contract Analyst II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Analyst II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes clinical trial agreements, complex amendments, and other ancillary agreements with study sites using critical thinking and applicable tools/systems/documents, guided by historical data and in alignment with departmental and client quality requirements, protecting ICON’s interests and adhering to ICON’s rules, procedures, an...
