Investment Actuary (hybrid remote)

Responsibilities

· ALM & Risk Analysis: Assess the impact of investment strategies on liabilities, capital, and financial results.

· Financial Modeling: Support budgeting, financial health reviews, and capital ratio projections.

· Automation & Data: Leverage Python and Power BI to automate workflows and enhance reporting dashboards.

· Strategic Communication: Synthesize complex financial data for senior leadership and advise investment managers.

QUALIFICATIONS

· FCIA or FSA designation (or near completion).

CFA holder an asset

· Deep expertise in Asset‑Liability Management (ALM).

· Advanced technical proficiency in Python and data visualization tools.

· Strong ability to communicate technical actuarial concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
