Investment Administrator

Reporting to the Manager, Investment Administration, the Investment Administrator works in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for processing segregated fund trades and performing a variety of administrative tasks within the department. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy. This role requires strong analytical and research abilities, as well as the initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing segregated fund trades with accuracy and efficiency.
• Opening new accounts for Segregated Funds, Annuities, and Guaranteed Investment Accounts (GIAs).
• Delivering timely and accurate annuity quotes upon request.
• Tracking, monitoring, and proactively following up on pending transfers and trades.
• Preparing, completing, and distributing investment applications and related documentation.
