As an Investment Advisor Assistant in our Private Client Services division, you will support a team of investment advisors and portfolio managers. Your focus will be on establishing solid client connections, while performing essential administrative tasks related to client service and effective marketing. You will navigate compliance, manage trades, and provide top-tier client support, ensuring operational efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships within the branch and externally
• Liaise with Back Office Operations on equity trades
• Maintain a Quote Watch list and Morning Portfolio sheets
• Conduct daily cash reconciliation for assets
• Gather data for CRM and manage tax documents
