Location: Hybrid - Toronto, ON Empire Life is looking to hire an Investment Analyst to join our Canadian Equities team. What you’ll be working on

Collect and analyze industry, company and economic information from a variety of sources including websites, institutional research, corporate reports, and industry publications. Review Annual Reports, Quarterlies, and Proxy Statements. Conduct regular meetings with management teams of companies both in our portfolio and investment universe. Attend industry and company events to gather information such as investors day, company tours, and industry conferences. Analyze financial information relating to companies via annual reports, quarterly reports, and investor presentations. Write research reports and present to management to assist in key portfolio decision making.
