Job Description
Review and assess investment proposals across various sectors (real estate, infrastructure, alternative energy, industrials, technology, and other strategic opportunities).
Perform screening assessments to ensure alignment with the Group’s investment mandate and return thresholds.
Conduct market scans, peer benchmarking, and commercial analysis.
Build and maintain robust financial models (3-statement models, cash flow projections, project finance, leveraged returns, IRR & equity multiple analysis).
Perform DCF valuation, trading comparable, transaction comparable, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
Develop investment return analysis under various structures (equity, debt, structured instruments, convertibles, etc.).
Deal Structuring & Transaction Support
Support structuring of investments to optimize risk-return profile and downside protection.
