Investment Analyst

Role Overview

The Investment Analyst will work directly with a private debt fund client of Renaissance, embedded within the client's deal team. The role provides hands-on exposure to live transactions and investment decision-making alongside highly experienced investment professionals with backgrounds from leading global institutions including development finance institutions and top-tier investment banks. The analyst will support deal origination, evaluation, and execution across the private debt investment lifecycle.
