Investment Analyst

Investment Analysis & Screening

• Review and assess investment proposals across various sectors (real estate, infrastructure, alternative energy, industrials, technology, and other strategic opportunities).
• Perform screening assessments to ensure alignment with the Group's investment mandate and return thresholds.
• Conduct market scans, peer benchmarking, and commercial analysis.

Financial Modelling & Valuation

• Build and maintain robust financial models (3-statement models, cash flow projections, project finance, leveraged returns, IRR & equity multiple analysis).
• Perform DCF valuation, trading comparable, transaction comparable, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Develop investment return analysis under various structures (equity, debt, structured instruments, convertibles, etc.).
