Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance

• Prepare and update information about the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the company.
• Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Investments (BOI) mandates related to the company.

• Develop and implement an investor relations plan and strategy.
