Investment Analyst

We are currently working with a Private Equity Real Estate firm, and they are looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities.
Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence for potential deals.
Assist in portfolio management and ongoing strategic initiatives for invested companies.
Work closely with senior leadership including the CEO and partners on deal structuring, analysis, and presentations.
Qualifications:
At least 1-3 years of prior working experience in investment banking.
Prior exposure to international working or academic environments preferred.
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication (especially English writing) skills.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and open to working in a flat, collaborative environment.
