Role Overview
The Investment Analyst role sits at the core of the execution and derivatives trading function within the investment team. This is an execution-focused position, responsible for the accurate and timely execution of financial derivatives trades (ETD and OTC) across multiple asset classes and counterparties.
This is not a hedge fund trading role, not a speculative prop-trading position, and not a pure research role. It is a professional execution-side derivatives trading role, requiring strong technical discipline, a deep understanding of trade mechanics, and a zero-error mindset when operating in live market environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals, supporting portfolio implementation, derivatives pricing, operational controls, and ongoing optimisation of execution and reporting processes.
