Investment Associate

Our client, well-established Private Equity fund is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Investment Associate to join their team in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and assess investment opportunities.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, including financial modeling and valuation.
• Prepare investment memorandums and support deal execution.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and performance reporting.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Private Equity, Consulting or Investment Banking.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Fluent in German.
