We are seeking an Investment Associate to support portfolio management and new investment activities across a diversified asset base. The role involves deep analytical work, financial modeling, and transaction support, working closely with senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industry and company research for investment and portfolio review purposes
Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and projections for M&A and investment transactions
Support due diligence processes in coordination with external advisors
Assist with performance improvement initiatives across portfolio companies
Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses
Engage with portfolio company management and external stakeholders as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (CFA or MBA a plus)
