Investment Banking Division - Senior Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Investmentbanking Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected
candidate will work on investment banking projects such as comparable company
analysis, newsletters, earnings summaries, financial analysis etc.
Additionally, manage team allocation, quality checks, and training to ensure
timely, error-free project execution.

Key Responsibilities

·Work on comparable company analysis, precedent transaction
analysis, earnings summaries, benchmarking and newsletters.

·Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, management
biographies, brokers’ outlooks, share price performance, evolution of industry
/ peers’ valuation multiples, and possible buyer / seller opportunities.
