Investment Director, Special Situations

Job Summary

We are working with a leading international real estate investment management to look for an experienced Investment Director to lead the special situations investments across APAC. 

This role is responsible for identifying and implementing investment strategies and sourcing opportunities in the APAC region, developing business plans and evaluating the opportunities and presenting to the management; this role will be leading the investment process including DD, negotiate deal structure and terms, overseeing the transactions and ensuring the max ROI; and the role is responsible for the portfolio management and managing their performance, as well as market research and updates.
