Investment Executive

Contributes toward efficient scoping and managing of fundings and opportunities for MCV.

The incumbent is expected to facilitate the execution of organisation processes and operations, affecting the performance of the department/division; achieved by delivering the department's planned activities, operating within clearly defined SLAs/SOPs.

• Assist in conducting due diligence on the clients and structuring of credit facilities
• Assist in constructing the financial module i.e: valuation and cashflow
• Assist in the preparation of credit papers
• Assist in the credit evaluation through quantitation and qualitative valuating
• Assist in field work, site visit, industry and market data gathering
• Assist in the preparation of the necessary reports for the department and/or management
• Organise and lead meetings (internal and external)
