What You Will Do
Asset Identification: Help the team scout for Value-Add and Deep Value real estate opportunities across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
Market Intelligence: Conduct research on market trends in the Philippine real estate landscape and the global Fintech/Proptech sectors.
Financial Data Support: Assist in gathering data for property valuations, cap rate analysis, and ROI projections.
Property Listings & Tech: Support the management of our investment portfolio and digital platforms.
Reporting: Draft brief investment memos summarizing research findings for senior management.
