Investment Manager | Private Equity

We're working with a leading Private Equity firm looking to strengthen its investment team with a Investment Manager.

This role is highly analytical and will play a critical part in evaluating investment opportunities and supporting deal execution end-to-end.

What you'll do:

• Build and own detailed financial models
• Lead valuation workstreams and investment underwriting
• Analyse capital structures, financing options, and deal structuring
• Support execution of transactions, including due diligence and negotiations
• Work closely with advisors (IB, legal, consultants) throughout deal processes
• Prepare IC materials with clear investment rationale and risk assessment
• Conduct downside scenarios, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing
• Support portfolio monitoring with performance tracking and re-forecasting
