Responsibilities –

Carry out financial modelling and feasibility studies for Investments

Prepare management reports and board papers

Evaluate and structure real estate deals and manage the deal execution process including due diligence, structuring, negotiating, legal documentation, etc

Support business development efforts for investment and development opportunities

Prepare investment proposals including cash flow and financial analysis, presentation and approval papers
