Investment Operations Analyst

The opportunity

This role is primarily accountable for processing and communications of moderate to complex client requests both financial and non-financial for one or more investment products with multiple transaction categories.

Dedication to maintaining the outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards is required and will be used to measure success.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Handle moderate to complex cases and trade reversal/adjustment utilizing multiple administrative systems within the defined service standard, including but not limited to:
  • Regular transaction processing surrounding various requests within New Business and Inforce
  • Identify Not-In-Good-Order and make necessary actions
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct further research and investigation on escalated items
