Investment Operations Manager

1. Investment Operations & Administration (Core)
This is the heart of the role.
Oversight of investment administration across CIS, equities, bonds, FX, SAFEX/YIELDX
Review of:
NAV calculations
Fee calculations
Cash reconciliations
Statements and reporting
Ensuring accurate booking of trades and cash movements across systems
Managing counterparties, platforms, Mancos and administrators
We are looking for someone who has actually done this, not just supervised it.
2. Platform & Partner Management
This role sits at the intersection of multiple providers.
Daily interaction with platforms, Mancos, LISPs, administrators
Account set-up with platforms and underlying managers
Oversight of data flows, instructions and settlements
Acting as the control point between us and its ecosystem
Strong relationship management + operational credibility is critical.
