Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join our client's growing team. This position is hybrid in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Process and reconcile securities trades across accounting and order management systems to ensure accurate and timely settlement. Monitor straight-through trade processing and resolved exceptions requiring manual intervention. Investigate trade discrepancies, pricing deviations, and reconciliation breaks, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues. Coordinate daily portfolio cash flows, including trade execution, confirmations, and liquidity management activities. Support portfolio rebalancing and allocation events to maintain target investment allocations. Generate cash flow projections and ensured automated system feeds and manual adjustments were accurately reflected in reporting.
