What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll join CIBC’s Investors Services Inc. (ISI) team as an Investment Representative (IR). You’ll provide a positive customer experience by servicing clients and ensuring that all efforts towards single call resolution are delivered on a timely basis. You’ll accurately process all trade and non-trade related requests in accordance with CIBC Investor Services Inc. (CIBC ISI) policies and procedures and IIROC regulations. You’ll use solid written, verbal and interpersonal skills to process client orders and answer their inquiries in accordance with Investor Services Inc. policies and procedures. You’ll make recommendations on client matters to meet work objectives, ensuring that clients experience a bank that listens actively and demonstrates care for their needs.
