Investment / Transaction Manager

As a member of the investment team based in Singapore, you will work closely with the management, business development and technical teams, as well as partners and advisors, and will play a vital role in the business' investment, fundraising and reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investment processes for EaaS projects and transactions, including origination, structuring, commercial negotiations, documentation, managing the due diligence process with internal and external team members and stakeholders, and preparation of the investment materials such as investment memorandums for approvals and record-keeping;
• Drive the projects during delivery and execution phase, acting as the commercial bridge between the management team and technical delivery team by serving as the immediate escalation point and ensuring roadblocks are resolved swiftly;
