Investments & Acquisitions Analyst- CCLA GROUP COLOMBIA
 The position is located in Bogotá - Colombia
We seek a self-motivated, hard-working individual. Candidates should demonstrate a
strong quantitative proficiency, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
From 1 to 3 years of experience in Real Estate Investments, Private Equity or
Investment Banking.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Investment Analyst will assist the Investment Deal Team(s) in the whole acquisition
process. The Investment Analyst will work close in hand with the Development Team(s) and
Operation Team(s) to have a holistic view of the business plan in each project.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
 Evaluate investment opportunities and assist acquisition efforts.
 Financial analysis, underwriting potential acquisition and development
opportunities with the supervision of Associates.
